Toilet roll tubes?
Yes.
Toilet and kitchen roll tubes compost quickly and the structure helps aerate dense compost heaps.
Soak them in water and/or tear them up into small pieces if you want them to compost down quicker.
Other similar cardboard tubes can be composted too - but avoid any that have come into contact with forbidden food stuffs (like fats) or excessive chemicals (including detergents).
